Release of Liability
CAMPGROUND AGREEMENT: This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. ANYONE BREAKING CAMPGROUND RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE WITH NO REFUNDI Please drive 5 mph on premises. QUIET HOUR: 11 P.M.TO 7 A.M. No loud music, talking, barking dogs, or loud noises after quiet hour. All vehicles must be registered and have their vehicle Check-Ins displayed on your dash. If this is not displayed our security will ask you to visit our office or has the right to ask you to leave. ABSOLUTELY NO off road vehicles on premises. Keep all fires in fire rings. DO NOT move fire rings. NO fires allowed on beach. NO bottles or cans in fires. NO burning of tables, fence, trees or site markers. Do not cut, mar or damage any trees. Absolutely NO FIREWORKS or FIREARMS on premises. All children MUST be kept under supervision. Pets must be leashed at all times. Adventure Outdoors will not be held responsible for accidents or injuries to guests or their children. The undersigned will use the facilities of Adventure Outdoors campground at their own risk and will not hold Adventure Outdoors and its employees liable.
FLOATING AGREEMENT: I agree to be responsible for said canoe, boat, or raft& if lost or stolen will pay the full value of $550.00 for canoe, kayak or boat or full value of $1,200 for raft. I further agree to return said canoe, boat, or raft, paddles, cushions, & life jackets, to Adventure Outdoors in good condition at the expiration of rental period by or before 8 p.m. I will be responsible for any damages while In my possession. I further covenant to hold harmless Adventure Outdoors, his employees from any and all claims growing out of the transportation or operation of this boat on land or water, to and from the water, during the period of this lease or out of the operation of my car on shuttle to or from the locations desired to camp or float.
Camping, floating & being transported includes some elements of danger. We will assume no liability for personal injury, medical payments & or property loss or damage for you while you are floating, camping or being transported by Adventure Outdoors or it’s employees. ALL PEOPLE IN YOUR PARTY MUST SIGN THIS LIABILITY WAIVER. You will participate at your own risk & will acknowledge this by printing and signing the liability waiver before completing check in.
